Summerhill Fine Homes HQ

Summerhill Fine Homes HQ is our own design-build case study in the use of space, light, and reclaimed materials to their highest potential. Centred on wide-plank reclaimed old-growth Douglas fir sourced from the beams and columns of a demolition site in Vancouver and reborn as flooring, the office embodies our commitment to giving quality materials a second life and building for longevity.

Glass-walled offices pull natural light deep into the plan, creating clear sightlines and a bright, collaborative environment that feels both calm and energized. Carefully detailed millwork, exposed wood elements, and a restrained material palette showcase the craftsmanship and design-forward thinking we bring to every project on BC’s Sunshine Coast and beyond.

We reconfigured the layout to make better use of every square foot, expanding work areas, integrating meeting spaces, and improving day-to-day flow, so the studio performs as efficiently as the high-performance homes and commercial spaces we build.
