SCRD – Conner Park Community Hall

Summerhill is the Construction Manager (CM) for the Sunshine Coast Regional District on what is destined to be a valuable legacy for the community. The new Halfmoon Bay Community Hall is designed to enhance its surrounding park setting while meeting community needs. Located near the southeast corner of Connor Park, the site minimizes environmental impact by using a previously developed area. The hall will feature a 2,200 sq. ft. space, including a 1,200 sq. ft. main hall for up to 100 occupants, a kitchen, washrooms, storage, and a beautiful covered outdoor patio that fits harmoniously into the park’s natural features.

Designed with affordability, durability, and environmental consciousness in mind, the hall aims to complement existing amenities while becoming a vibrant social hub. Summerhill is excited to partner with the Sunshine Coast Regional District and Principle Architecture to create this timeless resource for the community.
