Kyle Paisley

Originally from southwestern Ontario, Kyle trained as a Red Seal Carpenter before earning a Bachelor in Environmental Design from Dalhousie University in 2013, following studies at the University of Waterloo. After graduation, Kyle discovered his passion for managing construction processes, working as a Construction Project Manager for industry leaders like Blackthorn Management, Novacom Building Partners, and eventually Summerhill Fine Homes.

In 2019, Kyle officially joined the company, bringing along a diverse skillset—hands-on construction experience, architectural education, and project management expertise—as well as a shared love for outdoor adventure. He became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2021, solidifying his expertise and leadership in the field. A logical problem-solver, Kyle’s unique ability to bridge the gap between design and construction ensures clear communication and a solution-focused approach, fostering trust among all project stakeholders along the way.
